Some of the most easy to work with cattle, British Whites are quite a pleasure to own. They have calving ease, are great mothers, highly fertile, gentle, will take care of predators on their own, they are curious, make very tender and flavorful meat on a moderate frame. They are typically white bodied, but can be red or black. I've raised them for over 20 years and rarely had any problems of any kind with them.
