Samson's color genetics are impressive. His sire, Hobby Horse Guns N Roses, is a 7- time Champion out of CPeruvian Winchester. Samson looks very much like his grandfather and has the solid conformation and straight lines, and soft, crimpy, beautiful medium brown fleece.
Samson's sire, Hobby Horse Guns N Roses is a Full-Peruvian, seven time Champion dark brown male that has passed on his outstanding brown genetics, density, consistency and fineness to his offspring. Affectionately named "Axl" this herdsire is stamping out crias, who are going on to be champions themselves.
Samson's grandsire, CPeruvian Winchester is an award winning champion with a show record that speaks for itself. His offspring are making their sire proud in the show ring too, having won at least 80 championships! Winchester has a dense, soft fleece with tight crimp-from the tips of his toes to the top of his typey head! His conformation is perfect, square, compact, and sound. His bite is perfect too. His terrific show-stopping personality completes the package. Samson's mom Supernova's Delilah is also a blue ribbon winner that has Supernova, Royal Peruvian Apollo and Snowmass Touch of Gold genetics. Samson draws from those genetics, his tremendous presence and straight conformation and fine fleece.
Samson took to halter training early and at his first show, led the way and showed my other first timers just how it was done. His is a leader in his herd, yet is sweet and cute.
