MHAR Ruidoso's Tosca

We love the color and hand of Tosca's fleece! It's an extra dark chocolate color and lovely feel that hand spinners crave! It's very dense and uniform, and has great handle, even at her age. Tosca has excellent conformation on a compact frame.

For her first cria, we bred her to our light silver grey herdsire, Amego. They gave us a dark bown boy with stricking facial and neck markings! The lightening strike appearance on both the neck and face tempted us to name him Harry Potter! But after looking at his fleece, we thought he was deserving of a more distinguished name. Lorenzo has extremely bright, extemely dense, dark brown fleece with a bold crimp!

In the hope of producing a cria with finer fiber & dark or black color, we bred Tosca to our black herdsire, Midnight Prelude (Knight). Both have extreme density and great conformation. Check out their pretty black female! In keeping with Tosca's "opera" name, we have named her cria Cosi Fan Tutti. We hope you enjoy the fun!

For her 2016 Cria, we bred Tosca to our grey herdsire, Duke. And Viola we got a pretty black girl!
