Henrietta s color is like none other we ve had on our ranch. Her dominant pinto color is fawn, but open her up and her fleece appears mauve. It has a pink tone that is breathtaking. The contrasting color of her blanket is a silky, pearly white. Her rump has a dark silver gray spot, and we see a gray hue throughout her fleece. This girl definitely has the potential to pass on some spectacular color. The handle on this female is not exaggerated - it is satin. This extremely fine fleece is consistent throughout her frame, and she has wonderful coverage with very nice locking. Henrietta s fleece is without a doubt the epitome of elite suri fleece.
Henrietta s sire is none other than the famous Maserati who has made a name for himself from the get-go. This male has produced champions with nearly every female we have bred him to on our ranch. His ability to pass on the desired elite suri characteristics of luster, fineness, and density is his forte. Maserati s first cria, a white male which draws the greatest competition, took a championship at every show he entered and culminated his show career with Judge s Choice at Nationals against 800 other suris. Maserati s next three crias were each champions possessing his trademark ropey locks and greasy handle. We have complete confidence in this male s consistency; he is that exceptional. Henrietta s dam is our spectacular Moonlight, and this is her first cria with Maserati. We couldn't be more thrilled. Moonlight first caught our eye with her glittering, lustrous fleece, and she has no doubt passed on this quality to her offspring.
