MRN Nazca is a daughter of the illustrious Peruvian Francisco, a bay black Champion known for bright and fine fleece. He has Aladdin of KPR and Peruvian Inca Legend in his background, and many champion offspring to his credit. Her dam, PC Darlena, is a well-conformed fawn girl with nice bundling and a cute conformation. But, talk about conformation--our Nazca reminds us of the dancer, Juliet Prowse (remember, "Hey, Big Spender...?!). She has a lovely, long-legged grace with a level topline and nice bone, and a very cute head to go with those light fawn bundles of fleece. Nazca brings excellent color genetics, and she will do well with her upcoming breeding to one of our True Black Champions, Marin's SC Torrefacto or Dundee's AJ Stormcat, later this Spring. This match will take advantage of her black color genetics, as well.
Update--Nazca was bred to Stormcat on July 8, 2015. I think she is infatuated with him! She has ultrasounded positive for a pregnancy due in late June, 2015.
Nazca has come home to Alpacas of Marin in the north San Francisco Bay area.
