Shannon's sire, the reknown Jolimont Peruvian Ivano, is a well-boned, stocky huacaya from the Kenamari region in Peru. His fleece exhibits exceptional character retention with age. He has produced numerous show winners in Canada from White to Black. Shannon's dam is a third generation black and her first cria, now a herdsire, has thrown black. She has given us four exceptional alpacas so far - one a multi-ribbon winner one we have high hopes for during the 2007 season. Shannon is an excellent mother with abundant milk and extremely healthy and vibrant crias.
