Copper Star Spirit

Copper is the perfect alpaca for lovers of lustrous dark color and nice fleece heritage.

Copper has beautiful medium brown cinnamon colored fleece that is fine, dense, and has a beautiful crimp formation across the blanket. Her fleece is uniform, has a good staple length, and a nice soft handle. While her crimp is not very defined, she has beautiful fleece.

Copper's sire - Sonny De Peru, is a ribbon winning male with beautiful apricot colored fleece. Sonny's Dam is Apricot Delight who brings the famous bloodlines of PPPeruvian Mr. President and Peruvian Accoyo Pluro to the table. Sonny's sire is Majestado De Peru of Alpacas of America, an incredible male producer of rose gray and silver grey award winning crias with remarkably crimpy fiber.

Copper's Dam is Mochastar a PPeruvian Leon grandaughter with Cisko Kid, Sheeba, and Peruvian Pizarro genetics.

Copper has all these genetics and more. Copper also has a beautiful head and is adorable and a real heart stealer with her inquisitive demeanor and beautiful looks. She has excellent conformation, a typey head, straight legs, proportional head, neck, body and legs. She also plays well with others in her herd and has a gentle personality.

Copper is also a ribbon winner plaing 5th at both MOPACA and the Great Western Invitational. Her fleece sort in 2014 was HWL3, Luster 7 out of 10 Uniformity of crimp 8 out of 10 CPI 7 Amplitude M Density 7 out of 10

She is a great mother to her cria, attentive, and has plenty of milk. Easy birther and nurturing, always humming to her cria.
