Finneana has the finest colored fleece on our farm. In October of 2012, I went to a fiber sorting and grading class taught by Judge Ursula Munro and I asked her for her observations of Finn's fleece. She really enjoyed the brightness of it, said it had character and fineness with a nice handle, but could use more density and staple length. To improve in those two areas, I would suggest a breeding to Rockford Bay's Snowmass Snow Legend, which is included in Finneana's price. Look at her histogram results. For a 4-year-old, her fleece is quite beautiful and reminds me of the spun gold from the Rumpelstiltskin fairy tale. There are less than 10% of the US herd with her gorgeous color, light fawn!

Finn has grey genetics from her mother, Hailley, who is sired by Cloud 9 Comet (MRG), the sire of the famous Premier's Absolute who has 150 offspring on the ground. Finn's white patterning reflects her grey heritage. She has black skin on her muzzle. We suspect she could throw grey.
