RFEAF Moon Dancernis a wonderful alpaca that comes with Rockamundo and Peruvian Macusanirngenetics. She has a friendly personality and gets along with all the otherrnfemales in the herd and is not skittish at all. She is a very solid, veryrnhealthy girl. Her fleece is super soft and shiny, and her dam, LaNieve was arncolor champion and her sire a blue ribbon winner himself.

Moon Dance's dam,rnLa Nieve, has white, very dense, crimpy fleece and outstanding conformation. Inrn2003, La Nieve received a blue ribbon and Color Champion at the NorthernrnIllinois Extravaganza, a blue ribbon at the Great Midwest Alpaca Festival inrnMadison, WI, and another blue ribbon at the Wisconsin State Fair. Lani hasrnproduced light fawn, dark fawn, white, bay black and true black cria with lotsrnof crimp. Moon Dance is sure to inherit these great mothering qualities andrnpropensity for throwing color down to her own cria.

Moon Dance's sirernis RFEAF Moon Shadow, a blue ribbon winning black herdsire with a few grayrnspots in his fiber, who started his breeding career in 2007. He has threernbeautiful bay black cria on the ground (one with white markings on her face).rnAll three crias have white dams, so Moon Shadow is definitely capable ofrnpassing color on to your dam. Moon Shadow also has a white female, a mediumrnfawn female and a medium brown male. Moon Dance is sure to pass on his greatrncolor genetics!

Moon Dance 'srngreatgrandsire is Acero Marka's Rockamundo - currently one of Canada's toprnproducing macho males. He is a direct import from Peru and at age 18 mos he hadrn13.6 micron fleece, one of the finest fibered alpaca screened under ARI rulesrnat that time. He has coverage from his noes to his toes and a staple length andrnre-growth speed like no other. He has sheared 14.5 lbs of fiber several times,rnand in 2002, his fiber was re-tested and still rates 20 microns. His cria haverngone on to win countless ribbons, championships and color championships.
