Named for his full coverage fleece and namesake - the popular Star Wars Wookie, Chewbacca has a soft handle, and is extremely dense from the tip of his ears to his toes. He has a wooly bear face, and handsome straight lines, excellent conformation, and super soft fleece with outstanding crimp and bundle.

Chewbacca's sire is Columbia River's Commander - who is a PPeruvian Caligula son. Chewbacca's dam is JA Valerie - a PPPeruvian Yupanqui grandaughter with Peruvian Aladdin, and PPPeruvian Kumara, and PPPeruvian Unique across the pedigree. His pedigree has color, high quality lineage, and big names - what more could you want in a herdsire? 

Chewbacca has been shown several times, and earned Reserve Champion at the California Classic, as well as blue ribbons! Judges just love him! He has a calm demeanor and is easy to handle, making him the perfect male for your herd.

Chewbacca is only being sold because we are selling our herd, and moving out of state. He is one of the best animals we have had on our ranch, and we will be sad to see him go, but know that he has many years ahead of him and excellent offspring to produce.
