Patrick's Sire , BF Giacomo , 2 time Color Champion, is a gorgeous male. He is passing on his brightness, fine handle and wonderful conformation to his offspring. That is showing through with the cria of Patrick. Patrick is an very mellow alpaca and easy to handle.
His fleece is dense and has a long staple length. His cria are all showing the easy going personality that he has. In the times I have used him, he has thrown color darker than the dam and himself everytime. Since he is related to most of my girls, I would like to sell him to someone else who would like color in their herd. He would make a wonderful herdsire for the beginner or a wonderful fiber producer, which would make his price go down alot.
