Honeybear was so named because her fleece is the color of good honey. She is a friendly alpaca with wonderful lock structure that runs the full body. Her sire is Don Diego, son of Macgyver and her dam is the wonderful Sugie Bear. If you're looking for great density and coverage, matched with her fine fleece, Sugie Bear is the Suri for you. She is covered from head to toe in exceptional fleece and she is just an all-around great dam. Sugie Bear is the daughter of Quorum's Brown Sugar a Bolivian and Chilean mix and Hot Licks a true black sire. Brown sugar was an excellent producer and mother. She is out of a black female that was bred at AOA by Quorum. Quorum is a very nice fawn suri that produced well. She has had five female crias and Sugie Bear was her second daughter. Honeybear's grandsire is the famous Don Diego De Peru, son of multiple year Hersire of the year, MacGyver. Don Diego's Awards include numerouse blue ribbons in Performance, Halter and Fleece categories. Honeybear's fleece was shown at the 2006 Suri Network fleece show and got a first place! She has had one outstanding cria so far - Sonata's LeBron with our stud ATV Sonata, who is a very handsome mahogany colored Reserve Champion sire with lots of fine twisted locks and great luster. Honeybear is currently unbred. With her fantastic color genetics would be an excellent addition to any herd!
